Order Processing

We hustle to get your streetwear out fast – all orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Shipping Options & Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping (£12.95):
    – Carriers: DHL or FedEx
    – Delivery: 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Free Shipping (Orders over £50):
    – Carrier: EMS
    – Delivery: 15-25 business days after dispatch
STYLE NOTE: We currently ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote areas. Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order ships.

OUR RETURN POLICY

You’ve got 15 days from the delivery date to return or exchange items, as long as they’re:

  • In original condition (unworn, unwashed)
  • With all tags attached
  • In the original packaging
HEADWEAR ALERT: For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on caps unless they’re faulty. All other products (Long sleeves, Sweatshirts, T-shirts) are returnable.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

STEP 1: INITIATE YOUR RETURN

  • Item(s) you want to return/exchange

  • Whether you want a refund or exchange

STEP 2: PACKAGE YOUR ITEMS

Once approved:

  • Repackage items securely in the original packaging
  • Ensure all tags are attached
  • Include the original invoice

STEP 3: SHIP IT BACK

We’ll email you a return shipping label. For exchanges:

  • You’ll need to cover return shipping unless the item is faulty
  • We recommend using a tracked service – we can’t be responsible for lost returns

REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Time: 3-5 business days after processing
  • Refund Method: Original payment (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

EXCHANGES

Need a different size or want to switch styles?

  • Exchanges are subject to availability
  • We’ll email you if your requested item is out of stock
  • Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed

FAULTY ITEMS

Found a defect? Email us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll cover return shipping for faulty items and process a replacement or refund.
