OUR RETURN POLICY

You have 15 days from the delivery date to return or exchange items, provided they’re in original condition with tags attached and unworn. All returns must include the original packaging.

STYLE NOTE:

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on caps/headwear unless faulty. All other products (Long sleeves, Sweatshirts, T-shirts) are eligible for returns.

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE

STEP 1: INITIATE YOUR RETURN

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you want a refund or exchange

STEP 2: PACKAGE YOUR ITEMS

Once approved, repackage items securely in the original packaging with all tags attached. Include the original invoice.

STEP 3: SHIP IT BACK

We’ll provide a return shipping label via email. For exchanges, you’ll need to cover return shipping unless the item is faulty.

Note: We recommend using a tracked shipping service as we can’t be responsible for lost returns.

REFUND PROCESS

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refund Time: 3-5 business days after we process your return
  • Refund Method: Original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, PayPal)
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable

EXCHANGES

Want a different size or style? No problem:

  • Exchanges are subject to availability
  • We’ll email you if your requested exchange item is out of stock
  • Price differences will be charged/refunded as needed

FAULTY ITEMS

Found a defect? Email us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll cover return shipping for faulty items and process a replacement or refund.
