We offer two shipping methods to suit your needs:

• Express Delivery (£12.95): Via DHL or FedEx, delivered in 10-15 business days after dispatch (1-2 day processing). Includes tracking and faster processing.
• Free Standard Shipping: Available for orders over £50, delivered via EMS in 15-25 business days after dispatch. Includes tracking.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days at our London headquarters. You’ll receive an immediate order confirmation email, followed by a dispatch notification with tracking information when your order ships.

Yes! Both our Express and Standard shipping options include tracking. You’ll receive tracking information via email when your order dispatches, and regular updates from our shipping partners.

Currently, we process returns rather than direct exchanges. If you need a different size or style, we recommend placing a new order after initiating your return.
